Salon & Spa Etiquette
To ensure you and our other guests a relaxing and enjoyable spa/salon experience, please keep the following tips in mind.
Arriving early will allow you to enjoy every minute of your experience. However, if you do arrive late, please remember that your treatment must end on time so the next guest isn’t delayed, regardless of how late you start.
We offer the courtesy of a confirmation call 48 hours ahead. However, if you don’t hear from us, we encourage clients to contact the spa/salon two days prior to the appointment to assure proper day, time, and services.
Please check in at the spa/salon ten minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee extensions of scheduled treatment times for any late arrivals. Full charges for scheduled time still apply.
Gratuities are not included in service prices.
Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling any appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a service charge of 50% is charged to credit or gift card. If the appointment is not kept, the gift will be void, or credit card charged in full.
Essentials Gift Cards make the ideal gift. Our gift cards allow your loved one to choose the service of his/her choice, no worrying about choosing the wrong service. Cards are redeemable for products and services only. Purchase gift cards in our salon, over the phone, or through our website.
Essentials provides an elaborate selection of Aveda spa, skin and hair care products for you to take-out and revive with a home-spa experience.
Respect Other Guests
All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. Essential’s spa environment is one of relaxation, and service. For the sake of safety, and peace, we do not encourage children without appointments in the spa or salon area. Thank you in advance for respecting the privacy and time of our other guests.
Please avoid bringing phones into the spa area; they can be disruptive to other guests and may interfere with your spa treatment.
Spa/salon appointments are subject to availability; we recommend advance reservations. However, we welcome walk-in guests and will accommodate you to our best. A gift or credit card number is required for reservations for services over one hour.
Please advise us, upon booking your services, of any hair or health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special circumstances which could affect your services.
