Essentials Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask our guests to provide us with 24 hours notice to change or cancel their appointments with us. In doing so, this provides us ample time to offer that spot to another guest. Due to our 50% capacity restrictions, our technical team is not available as freely as they once were, making it a challenge at times to provide services to their wonderful clientele like they once did.

Any appointment request that will cost $75+ will require a credit card on file in order to book. If a guest does not call to cancel or does not show up, there will be a $30 charge applied to your card on file. We understand that emergencies happen, and these cancellation charges will be determined by management on a case by case basis.


If you are not comfortable providing your credit card information over the phone to our salon coordinators, you can also click the at the top of this page to purchase a gift card in the amount of $30 to reserve your spot. Once you have done so, our salon coordinator team will reserve your appointment request with that gift certificate.
